c2 central locking problem HELP

C2, 2004, manual gearbox, standard stereo, standard car no mods.

Will lock with key fob,
Will not unlock with key fob,
Dash lock button locks the car but will not open anything but the tailgate.
Passenger door dead locked,
Tailgate works as it should. Just found out is doesnt always work, the car is playing with me ;-(
While driving it will sometimes lock but never open
Sometimes it will lock me inside the car, I have to open the door with the key!!!!!
Sometimes it wont open from inside but doesnt need the key to open from outside.

Had door trim off and oiled everything,no change
Replaced batteries in both key fobs, no change.
Tried fob resink. no change
Done hard (battery off) reset, no change.
No sign of physical damage.
My code reader doesnt fit as I usually work on "another" make,
I'm at a lose.

HELP.

not sure but i think ive see something somewhere about the buttons in the key getting dirty and or the solder joint becoming dry, I would get fob apart and get watch makers magnifier on the areas around buttens.
