Enable Email updates?

Hey, I want to receive an email whenever someone replies to me in a thread or posts in a thread I have made, how do I enable this?

If you go to your subscribed threads (click Settings in the top right, and then Subscriptions on the left) below the list of your subscribed threads to the right hand side is a drop down menu for how you are notified if someone posts in one of your subscribed threads
