Just a thought, maybe look at an SX or design instead of the furio

But the sx looks bog standard and the furio come with alloys and a body kit as standard which eliminates the need for future mods...

My insurance was only around 2k on a 1.4 at 17 with me as the main driver, Have a look around and get as many quotes as you can. This year Aviva were cheapest for me and they aren't on comparison sites so it's worth looking elsewhere too.
Also check out different insurers as black boxes can measure different things for different companies (eg curfew etc) so read into them, my mates have a black box and its effected nothing but making his insurance cheaper he still drives like a cock

But because have factory alloys? Would i still have to mention mods being alloys, as they came with the car from factory?

Not necessarily. Most insurance companies ive used dont class factory fit options as mods. You will need to check before you buy.

It's an optional extra. You would have to declare it. But do as you wish. No 1.1 furio came from the factory with alloys. They would be dealer fitted accessories at best, but most likely added by previous owners.

I'd declare to your doctor that you've been pooping in you car before phoning your insurance.

It's got nothing to do with my doctor. It's not an illness

It's not like it just falls out my bum. Therefore a doctor isn't needed

i had this problem when i first started driving and i found there was a specialist insurer who understood as a rolling poop could get stuck behind break pedal thus causing an accident thus meaning insurance premiums would be higher...but after spending an hour and a half on the phone i got a very reasonable quote. ill inbox you the company

Bud. Sounds like you have problems.

Didn't the poo squash when you pressed the pedal?

as per my diet, no. instead of earning a NCB for not claiming you earn NCB for eating a set diet which leads to squashy poo. i shit you not

First insurance for me was 350 fully comp with our lass added on a Punto 1.2 sport, sold that got the c2 1.4hdi, increased my premium by 8. With Tesco car insurance, 10% discount if your card holder too
Cleverly i had 1 years no claims when i took out my first insurance due to being a named driver on a mobility car for 18mnths! Tesco honoured the 1year Added AA breakdown cover for just incase came out at 450...kind of a bargain if u ask me. Insurance is due in December with 2years no claims, hoping for cheaper this time around
