Thread: ECU remapping....

  1. #1

    Default ECU remapping....

Hi guys just a mention about our services regarding ecu remapping...
We can cater for almost any make and model of vehicle including diesels, be it on standard, or standalone aftermarket management.
All maps are performed on our rolling road, and prices are inclusive of dyno time.

Pricing starts at just 275 for your average vehicle... scaling up a little when it comes to the bigger MUCH more powerful stuff on standalone management.

Here are a couple of examples...

BMW 318td, up 50bhp and 70ft/lbs from standard with just a remap...

Subaru Impreza WRX (blobeye), up 60bhp and and 80 ft/lbs....

C2 VTs on GR-P throttle bodies , GMC cams, and DTA ecu...

C2 GT, VTS inlet, Newman ph3 cams, 4-1 manifold, GR-Performance custom remap....

What can you get out of my fabia Vrs pd130. Standard she's 130bhp for 229 ft lbs of torque.

The 130's actually do really well with a map, most usually do 155-160 with a healthy boost in torque too getting close to 300lbs.

Rs tuning in Leeds offer the same gains as you have just stated , however torque output has to be capped to stop the clutch from slipping. I'm interested in your map as I trust you from being on this site for while so i might just get in contact with you shortly. Putting coilies and spacers on the Vrs first though pal. Keep this thread updated with cars you can map as I have a lot of friends with different types of cars who might also be interested in your service. Cheers

Put a pd160 airbox and green filter on and they're supposed to give good gains

The pd160 intake doesn't make a big difference and actually reduces torque because it reduces the compression compared to the standard intake. A lot of people on briskoda can't tell a difference between the 2 and actually say the car feels less torquey. I have a k&n panel filter in ATM and that's doing a nice job:-) my main plans for now are just sorting the exterior look out. The fabia is way too high standard so that's my first job. I was originally going down the "fuck it just put more power in" option but its quick enough to please me at the minute. I can't believe the gains these things get just from a remap. It's all good getting more power etc but I need to think about a pd150 turbo / hybrid turbo before I start remapping the ecu. All this is to come in the next year or so. With all going well mr senior will be mapping mine for me. ECONOMY VS POWER FTW!!

Oh and does your map improve mpg alongside bhp and torque?

Yes...but obviously only when your trying to be economical. (stating the obvious..... but some people seem to think they should get more economy even when thrashing them?!?! )
