hi there dose anyone for the glasgow area or west of scotland want to meet and convoy over i am meeting my mate at the showcase on the m8 then were heading over just wating for daryl to give me a time to be at the show then i can get a time that we will be at the showcase for anyone intrested please leave your name hear.

you can bbq but nothing on the ground and you need to have a fire extinguisher in your stand or you cant bbq. All MEMBERS NEED TO ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME AND THE GATES CLOSE AT 9.15am but packs with instructions will be sent to you

its up to you mate. . we will all get there eventually anyway lol . . .i will have to source a cheap standing bbq . . that we can leave there because it aint coming back in my car lol . . and will get everyone else to take the meat it they are wanting anything . .

to get to the hotel it'll be a packed car park so wont be the best place to meet, unless you want to meet at Newbridge services? bit of a 10min double back for you daryl but for everyone travelling there it would be the most ideal place i reckon?

speaking to few others round this way who are in or organising club stands..... most popular place to meet is at the newbridge services... now we can either have it on the actual road that it is there...... or the Welcome finanance car park etc?

sounds like everyone else is going to be going in as full clubs... is there anyway we can set this so that we can go in as 1, rather than have dribs and drabs? seems a bit more organised etc.

i will get the postcode and google maps link just now for the newbridge services so people know where theyre going.

as you can see from this link, we're only about 2-3 min drive away from the show site... fuel is there, mcdonalds if u want a bite to eat before you go in...

more than big enough car park, what do you guys think? makes it more easier and sensible than sitting at the side of the road i think where usually arnold clark lorries are parked up constantly? and we can leave as one club?

well somthing will need to be sorted as i have everyones tickets . . will easily meet people the night before to give tickets thats not a problem . .

well if any1 is coming from the glasgow area and is wanting to meet at the showcase i could meet you at harthill services thats half way between glasgow and your hotel about 20mins drive

its the travelodge nearest the place ur at daryl eh? its defo no 20mins away thats for sure its only just along the road from the entrance.. its 5mins tops from the place.
