Performance French Car magazine reaches the end of the road

Found out some unfortunate news for us French car liking people today, Kelsey Publishing have decided they are to end publication of Performance French Car magazine from the next issue, April 2010 :(

Dam shame as it was really starting to pick up with some fantastic cars in and not too many over bodykitted 'show-only' cars.

I had the opportunity to write up several articles on C2's, the C2SC and some of their LAM's with many pictures used in those reports so will miss doing those anymore. At least I had my car on the front cover too, if only a small picture so ner :p

PFC employees only found out about this last monday without any notice at all.

Rolling Road day for the C2club vs Saxp will still be featured once this new mag gets up and running if it all goes well!

real shame to see PFC go down the tubes as it was the only mag straight for french motors, but it seemed it was partly their own downfall... R5 after R5, clio after clio...... they seemed to feature the same types of cars all the time rather than try some variety, their product reviews............ some of them i didnt understand why they even entertained them and didnt get some other bits and pieces checked out.

the features were never too bad i thought, but some of the features in the mag apart from the car features were a bit dry on some structure and depth.

Such a shame due to the niche of the Mag! Great group of people, and by far, some of the best write ups in the business!

Just recieved my letter from PFC sayin its to cease publication. Its the only magazine for french car owners it such a shame.

its a shame i looked forward to reading the mag, some fantastic cars featured in it every month.
