Does it matter which way you face your sub?
Most subs you see are facing the boot lid, but would it be louder if you faced it towards the seats?
Never tried, but wondered if anyone else had.

Ive just put yes above, but didnt mean it! O well Im tired. The direction that the sub is facing does not matter due to the frequency the sub is belting out at. Thats the whole point of putting them in the boot because it is not a directional speaker unlike tweeters which control the higher frequencies.

mine faces like this:

is quite good once the boot is up. at least it doesn't vibrate on the boot lid.
can feel the base on the back of your neck! :)

From what i've been told while doing research it doesnt matter because Bass is non-directional

Bass isnt directional so it doesnt matter which way. most face boot lid for show purposes.
