*Meets of 2010*

I thought i would set up a forum for the meets of 2010 as i think we need something to keep an eye on and when and where the meets are going to be without an confusion.

If people could would they like to make suggestions of when and where they would like the meets to take place.

After say two weeks we could look at piking who's one is the best suited for the club.

Lets say we have 2 OFFICIAL MEETS a year

Your catering for yourself there by having it in cardiff area.

IF you want big meets people not everyone wants to go to a hotel or travel for 6 hours for a meet. you need to make it accessable for everybody.

I don't know any good meeting locations as it depends what people want to do, but there needs to be somthing that everybody can join in with. the safari park meet ive seen 2-3 times seems like a perfect example of a good meet.

First idea would be to look at minimising the journey for as many members as possible.

Birmingham in my eyes is one of the best central locations.

It would help if we knew who was interested in a meet on X date & then try and centralize & organise somthing from there.

Then we can look at:
- Activities in X Area
- Nearby Hotels
- Places to grab food
