Panel Filter Help?

Hi guys have just purchased a new green cotton panel filter... But how do i fit it?

Plus how do you customise your air box to make it sound like a induction kit?

afaik to fit it you just undo the top of your airbox and swap the filters over and regarding the sound issue most of the people on corsa c just used to drill holes in to the airbox to give it a bit of a louder gruntier sound.

my k& n panel filter on my c2 makes enough noise when i didnt have my ss exhaust on now i can hardly hear it

did u take the little rubber things off the lip of the filter? if not u may get a air leak as it wont sit flush.

erm you talking about the green cotton one.. if so nope but it seems to fit in ok for me

just out of curiousity,how much did the panel knock you? And have you noticed any gains in performance? Im aware it probs wont do much but i thought id ask

i notied abit more poke when i had one, sounds abit deeper aswell, one of the best and cheapest mods.

yeh defiantly a little more acceleration.. sound hasnt changed much

i couldnt get a green cotton filter so purchased a k&n panel should be here tuesday can't wait!!!!!
