anyone know how to paint?

my sisters just had a silver ford ka and the paint is flaking off/bubbleing around the rear wiper arm.i was just wondering if anyone knew how or the steps to prep,repair and spray this problem?

you'll have to spray the whole panel.

really? Cant i jst mask it off and do a small section? Spraying the whole panel sounds expensive,but as ka's are proan to rust,i want to keep on top of it.
How hard is it to spray it all yourself? And what are steps please?

You'd notice the colour difference if you do a section of a panel.

pics would help? and i wouldnt of thought it would be that expensive to be honest, around the £100 mark.

oh right, 100 quid aint too bad.to tell you the truth ive not seen it myself yet either.im goin on what my dad has said,but ive seen it before on ka's so ive got a good idea of what its like.il try and get a pic on here soon so you can have a look.im hopeing its only a small margin around the wiper arm,because colour match shouldnt be to noticeable there.just hope it aint rusted under the paint =s
