I was thinking how could we top the last BIG meet, and i think it would be hard -

But here is a start (i think)

How about a meet at CITUNING in Nottingham, and see if they can get the C2 MAXI 1600 to come along with them?? we could invite SQ aswell, and maybe get a magazine involved,

I cant see why CITUNING would not want to do this meet, (we are all potential customers!)

Also to do it around mid FEB time so we all have time to recover from the christmas hangovers!!!

There would be lots of places near by to get photos and it really easy to get to (just off the M1 juntion 25)

I would like to get this a OFFICAL meet, but would have to see what the interest is like??

lol I wish mate, My VTR has massive problems with the fuel injectors, gets worst aswell last week i got 141miles from a £30 tank, booked in for service soon tho.

Most VTR users get 220-280 so your sweet :)

there are 3 ways to get there, if you go through sandiacre there are only a couple of bumps

I called down today to sort out some of the arangements.

THE GOOD NEWS!!!

They are up for the 3rd of march... and i have a few treats lined up for us!!

There will be defo 2 Cituning C2's there (White & Blue C2 MAXI 1600)

They are getting back in touch with me over the FAMOUS Red C2 SUPER 1600 (as seen in at MPH show & Excel Show), the car is not owned my them, citroen own it, but Citunning can borrow it at any time as long as its not booked for a show.

THE NOT SO BAD NEWS

Yes parking will be abit of a prob - but i was told there WILL be enough to park 30 C2's as there is a street parking opposite.

Sag - i enquired about your car getting over the speed bumbs, there is two you will have to go over, one worst then the other. He told me if you take one wheel at a time (you should be ok, (but i would recomend bringing some wooden planks to lay just in case, it a busy road but if we are in a convoy then people will just have to wait!


I will be putting on a raffle for everyone attending (proceeds going to C2club & CITUNNING) There will be a £££ price voucher to spend at CITUNING... (detail to follow on this)

All rooms are £33.60 it looks like, so if you book a double room, it'd only cost £16.80 each!

The Holiday Inn wants to charge £68pp a night!! The place I was talking about only charges £33, which is half that. Not sure how far away the £33 is from Cittuning. Sorry if this makes no sense, I'm trying to ignore my dad who's having a go at me. :roll:
