As some of you will know, ive become the Scotland LAM official recently.
I know there are a fair few members in the glasgow area now, but looking to see how many from further afield the country would be interested in a c2 meet, whether it be in glasgow or somewhere more central - eg stirling or something.
Drop your ideas and where your from into this thread and ill come upwith some plans :)
ill start:
1. elniniol999 - from glasgow - will meet anywhere :D
:wink:2. r2c2- From Glasgow- Anywhere central.

dunno what youd think of this, but rather than just meet and go, what about going to knockhill on 9th august for supercar sunday? meet up there for photos etc, and then go and see ferraris getting thrashed on the track?

Falkirk cruise as I post up here every month, then likes of EK, Irvine, and Strathy cruise every other month :-)

i work thursdays until 7pm so falkirk cruise is knackered for me and the rest are too far away for during the week, weekends are usually best for us to attend meets between both jobs and 2 cars being worked on one at a time.

22-07-2009, 09:02 PM
Falkirk cruise runs till like midnight :-D
I just suggest the cruises cause their good to show off our site to others with C2's as well :-P Im sure there will be plenty of weekend meet oppurtunites aswell..
Allan suggested Knockhill, we should go like go-karting or something at knockhill :-D !!

22-07-2009, 09:07 PM
Even though i'm finished at 7pm, I've done a 10-hr shift and still got all the stuff to do at home when I get in, hence the reason why I said weekends are better for us
Yeah Knockhill always sounds good to us
Jillian :D

Weekends is cool for me, Glasgow town center is always buzzing at night time over the weekend :-D
Go-karting is always a lot of fun at Knockhill, or we could just like think up a route and go a drive :-)

guys, (and gal!) been away for a bit from the site due to work commitments but still want this to be our priority - how can i put this.... KARTING FTW? lol well, its a suggestion but i understand its not the cheapest day out. there is xtreme karting in falkirk, raceland at tranent, scotkart at cambuslang (if its still called that).... theres some ideas for places for karting. is there actually karting at knockhill? ive never seen it advertised.
but feel free to throw in more ideas.
wickedred, your milessss away! lol i reckon if we think of something slap bang in the middle of the country its sort of fairest for everyone really - stirling/falkirk/clacks?

Whens the next Crail meet, we have 2 threads open we need to stick to one, I reckon we should stick with this one, we had a list of around 12 members for up here that are willing to meet, il find it and paste it in hereand we arrange something for January or February. I reckon a wee mini winter meet would be cool if we had snow !
Willsta_GT
