i used to be big but got a bit uncomfortable after a while its not good when ur lats are rubbing against ur arms when u walk or try and run from the police ha ha i was young once.after a while tho the gym does get addictive and u dont see urself as big and want to get bigger.i can still bench 110ks and my right shoulder is messed up it poped out of joint.
