How to paint your mirror caps!
What you need:
1x Plastic Primer
1x Colour match paint
600 & 800 grade wet and dry
1x clear coat laquer
T-Cut
Hair dryer/hot air gun
When removing the caps take care not to snap the clips which are located in the centre of the caps.
To remove them, gently prise a screw driver (covered with a cloth to avoid scratching the plastric) underneath from the front side and then pull of gently but firmly with your fingers, if your carfull then you shoulnd snap the clips.

When you remove the caps careful not to click on the clips that are located in the center of the cap. You can delete, smooth price of a screwdriver (covered with a cloth to avoid scratching plastric) down the front, then pull gently but firmly with your fingers if you should be careful to snap clips.

Was that for both caps?
would it be a similar process for spraying the badge?

pretty much but make sure you get rid of as much chrome as you can as the primer and paint wont stick to well and will flake off

Any thoughts on how to remove the caps without busting them?
I just couldnt get them off, so masked them up and painted them....but the finish on the edge is not as good as I would like...so I wana do again.
