hi, as some of you may know i got FKs installed recently.

how often should i be spraying them with the supplied fluid and what parts do i spray? is it just the exposed thread?

also i take it to lower/raise the car i put it on a jack and just spin the notch with the key?

yep thats right to lower/raise, I do mine when its not on jacks at the back

as for the spray I use it about ever 4-6months on the threads only I think its just like WD40

cheers chambers, so you can do the back without a jack but need a jack for the front? its too cold to go and look :( lol
