Wiring Up Additional Speakers

I wana add my to 6x9's to my car and put them in the boot, does anybody know or any guides to:

How/Where i can wire them to and from?
e.g. do i have to run it all the way through the car to the battery.

If anyone could guide me with this would be greatful, wana try and do it meself rather than go to Halfords!! Plus i got my Vibe Slicks coming soon so wana have it all done together!

depends how you want to do them mate
do you want them running of an amp or not
if not just wire them staright into your rear speakers

no prob just wire it from rear speakers, is it a case of just off wiring up extra wire onto the exisiting wire? it won't casue it to blow or any thing will it?

yea thats what i did, just ran extra wire off the rear speakers and they seem to be fine
it hasn't blown anything
