or a smooth one with a smaller badge?nice one!!
can just see that being a good (new) look with a discreet badge
Im not going for a badge on a plastic grill at all. The vts badge looks good on the mesh, but i just dont want mesh anymore :P
Thats why i was leaning towards the standard grill without the badge, coz the smooooove one is a bit too plain, perhaps

where are the best places to buy a new grill from? I fancy a mesh one similar to c2ology's but with more 'square shaped' mesh

I'm not a fan of either grill, but if I had to choose I would go for the smooth one.
I just think both look a bit too plain.

Mikey, i dont think you can put either of those grills on. You've got an open meshed grill similar to mine and to fit that grill you have to cut out all of the plastic where the original grill fixes on too. Both the grills your looking at look like they use the OEM clip holes etc so there's no where for them to fix onto the bumper anymore. Also your grill will have a lip around the edge that is 'glued' to the front bumper. So your grill is efectively bigger than the two your looking at so when you take it off theres gonna be about a 5-10mm patch of glue and knackered paint all the way around the hole. I think youd be best to stay put with your grill. It might cost a bit more than you think to change it with the cost of re-spraying and blending in new paint to old around the edge of the grills hole where you've changed it to a smaller one.
Hope that kind amade sense. (i think i'm right :D )
Lots of stuff to put in this post: this is how its done see  no multiple posts :P
Crotchrocket, you're right. Which is why I have a new top half of the bumper.

Ill probably be selling my old top half of my bumper. That way you don't have to pay for someone to fit it, or even spray it if you have a black car.

this is what is behind the badge:

You have to get thos lumps cut out, and fibreglassed up... not easy unless you have experience doing it
Everyone else: Plain is the name of the game. Ill be getting the rear badges removed at the same time, as long as i can afford it :D
