stupid day light savings

ok day light savings was at the weekend so need to change clock in the wagon. i fout no problem i have an alpine head unit and the special alpine thingy dunno what its called that enables me to use the steering wheel controls and also lets me access the menu to change the time, but i cant access it fully to change the time? got this all fitted by sound in motion dunno whether i shud take it back to see if they cud sort it out or see what they say?
anyone any ideas?

Just remove your H/U and install old one, change time and then swap back again, easier than getting someone else to do it for you.

problem being i aint really got a clue how to do that hence why i got them to do it in the first place! mite get my mate to help hes a mechanic n said he has the stereo key things to get them out so il maybe see what the crack is at the weekend about gettin him to help me take them out
