Rear seat belts

How are these removed? i know theres the obvious two bolts, but whats behind the plastic covering? is it something i can do easily at home?

The seats are already out!

its simple mate, take out the plastic part by the boot where the seatbelt is going behind then unbolt that its either 16/17mm. pretty simple mate.
