i wanted it cat back and just a single back box in the centre all in they quoted me 350quid. to me this sounds stupidly exspesive. whats most bhp i can get? 3bhp?is this a fair price or is it exspensive?? does any1 know anywhere else i can get a cat back?

Well mine is powerflow and its cat back, but mine was not central it is in the original place and that cost £300. They may be charging you more due to two reasons prices are going up on most things :( or secondly it may cost more due to new fitting points in the centre.

But powerflow is a good make and you pay for what you get ;)

Powerflow is only good if the HairA$$ fitter that is making it and welding it has a clue what they are doing, but £350 sounds about right, due to a decient Backbox like (Scorpion costs £195) and you have to think that a Powerflow will be made to measure and it is the labour costs that cost the most.

Have you considered a Cituning one already made to fit??

Paid £350 for my cat back from PowerFlow as well, but it's a dual exit too.

Wrong!!!!

Any of the Cat back exhausts on the Cituning Site fit a 1.4i, all of the GT/VTR/VTS exhausts are the same pattern and cat mounting.

It does sound nice, with PowerFlow you can tell them how you want it to sound, mine is a just subtle low pitch grumble.
As for performance, honestly no and I pretty much knew I wouldn't with a dual exit. My car is a show car, so it's really looks over performance for me.
But ask some of the other members here with PowerFlow systems, I believe WelshC2 saw some gains with his.

...this true mate - 'cos exhaust is my next step - and I was looking at Powerflow, but if other options are there from VT* etc systems, that is a bonus....

Yes true, Laura on here had a full system off Cituning fitted for a VTR/GT to her 1.4i Furio, the mounting was the same she said and her BF fitted it for her with no problems.

Drop her a PM and ask her advice screen-name = x_Lau_x

We've had a few cars dyno'd recently and the figures are proving that a lot of powerflow exhausts are losing power by up to 10%.

Before making any decisions I would suggest logging on to Performace C2 (www.performancec2.co.uk) and getting some expert advice.

hello simon sent me over to post lol

but yep i have the centre exit exhaust from cituning on my furio. it says it is for a vt*/gt but it fits the furio perfect. my ex fitted it for me and he didnt have any probs doing it. the only thing i dont like is that it stuck out a bit further then i wanted/....but dont know if that is to do with the exhaust or not being correct model....but they do fit the other models
