Ok, so yesterday i get to my car again, and come to a flat battery (no suprise there!) however, i wasn't able to push start it, and jump starting failed! So Mr AA man was called out. He did a battery test and all was fine, he tested the alternator all was fine, he tested the power cable for running amps/lights/speakers/inverter etc. all was fine, however the actual plug that connected directly to the battery, u know the big one that deals with all the car stuff is drawing away 1amp when the car remains off.... any ideas of what this could be? My car is dying :(

obvious would seem you have something hard wired instead of switched and its drawing 1 amp. Go through and check the wiring of all of the stuff you have added and trace the wiring to make sure it hasnt bridged the cables somewhere

That's what im tryin 2 say, the red power cable running from the battery (extra is only drawing 0.1 amps) which is no where near enough to drain the battery over night, however something that is actually to do with the car, nothing extra i have installed, is drawing power :( AA dude told me to check all the fuses is it worth it? or should i just pay some plonka £60ph to fix it 4 me?

ah now I get what you mean, in that case I aint got a clue what it could be. It would be worth checkin the fues if thats what he has recommended elspecially for the 5 minutes it will take to do. If not it could be off to an auto electrician
