Airbag Deployment

Anybody got any ideas of how to tell if these have been deployed? In particular seat side airbags? Can't see any piercing of the chair...

haha, i'm more meaning if somebody has stealthily pushed it all back in... any ideas? :-)

well, without opening it up yourself, i dont think theres any way to tell if it has from the outside

and you wouldnt see me opening one just incase it hasnt and it goes off, knocks you clean out and then you got to get a new airbag fitted lol

your airbag light will be lit on the dash if it has been deployed or faulty, surely? i have a set of seat airbags going spare :wink:

Yeah u will know if it has deployed because the light will be on and also once deployed the plastic bit that covers it wont go back in place even if you do push the airbag back into the seat. trust me i know cos im driving about with my driver side airbag hanging out and my airbag light on LOL! C2Kev have you really got a driver seat side airbag. Ive got a 1.4 Furio 56 plate do you know if it will fit
