Had about enough! Still the problem Continues!

I still have this problem with the Engine Pulling and Juddering and Engine Cutting out at idle!

Iv changed Manifold, Both lambda Sensors Even took it to Citroen today they were most unhelpfull and wouldn't sort anything out for me!

they obviously wouldn't do anything because of the mods!

So im thinking of putting the Std cams Back completely then taking the car in!

I cant work out whether its anything to do with the cams or not.

Sounds like ur cars got man flu if u ask me!! It sucks that most citroen places won't touch modded cars, its still a citroen after all, just with better parts.

By the sound of it its the cams. My friend had a similar issue on his 106 gti but a remap sorted that issue.

sounds to be the same problem as mine craig, mines at citroen garage now as we speak for erm, the 11th time.
its the MAF sensor what keeps blowin on mine, they just cant figure what it is thats blowin it!

You rev nothing really happens then Bang its off?

And at say 70 on motorway the engine will be Pulling at you!

rite... when it first starts playin up, il have the accel pedal lets say half way, then there will be not much power, then a couple of seconds after without moving the position of the peddle the power will come...
it does this all the time mainly in 1st and 2nd.
then it starts gettin worse and stalling at nearly every stop and idle..
then the eng man light will come on a couple of days later! when the light comes on its undrivable, just no power at all!
6 times now this has happened to me! been towed 4

Although my Engine light isnt on. Citroen cant tell what it is as the Light isnt on!

I need the MAF sensor to fail completly before i take it in!

Although u can clean them apparantly!

yea the eng light didnt come on for about 2 week the last time it was playin up, and they coudnt work on it till it came on!

Ahhh how Ghey! Yea they couldnt pick up anything on the Computers :/

Might just buy a new MAF sensor there only £30

I had similar symptoms when i had my vts kept cutting out and would not idle properly, turned out to be the throttle position sensor, they found this out after changing just about everything else including the injection ECU.

Well i havnt botherd doing anything for about 3 weeks ill have to sort it soon i have a new MAP sensor to go on. ill see if that works

iv been on to citroen said what was up with this car. they said coil pack so got new one and it's still not sorted what next??????? baz..

mines sound now, but craig you il never guess what theyve fitte to mine...........a new cilinder head!
at first they were just going to replace 2 hydrolik tappets but decided a new head was needed...
its been fitted 3 week now and ive just covered 1000 mile with it and it feels perfect!

Craig sounds like the Head was blowing what ever sensor!

Im hoping mine wont need a new head :/

if it does ill get a port and polished head from somewere :)
