Warm it up with a hair drier, makes the plastic slightly softer and easier to work with :)

all done now dave lol painted and refitted same with the coilpack cover cheers all the same though sure someone will have this problem in the future so ill change the title to make searching easier.
i just used a flat head screwdriver and pried it up all the way along
