Removed Standard Head Unit...can I sell it on?

Hi,

I've just installed another head unit into my card, so i'm left with the standard Clarion head unit laying about.

If i was to sell it on, would a new buyer be able to use it in their car? Would it need coding etc...

...Just wondering as it'd be sweet to get some more beer money off this spare cd player.

Mate you wont get much for it tbh. If i was you wi would keep the h.unit simply because you can take the one that you put in there and put the std one back in. Then you can either put that in your new car or sell that on.
