how do you get front bumper off?

how do you get front bumper off iv took a bolt from archer each side and tuk the 4 torx off the top and all the 1s along the botom in the midl but their is a circular thing that wont come out on each side? can any1 help?

as I remeber a bit of leverage with a flat head screwdriver got mine out mate
