window tints..........hmmm

had a quote for mine to be fitted for £240 after a while with the yellow pages n internet finally got a quote down to £140.....am wondering what other people payed and what people tink of them....as im very undecided

£80 for mine. also fitted spoiler at the same time which was £20. i love the tints. think they make cars look real sexy =D

Also gonna get my tints done soo, had a price of bout £140 aswell. Can I ask what grading people had on the front cos i know that by law ur only allowed 25% for windscren and 30% for front side windows. Don't wanna risk them being removed, probs gonna get like full limo black on the back tho!

any ideas about the front??

Too dark.

It's just the law. But i'd be suprised if you can put any legally on the side windows too as they aren't perfect 0% clear glass.

I'm looking to get mine done soon aswell 8-)

The C2 front sides are just about up to the limit so there is very VERY little you can put on, to the point that it doesnt make a great deal of difference

got mine done at a place called trix in dunfermline (fife).
mine took about 5hours. <3

£150 all 5 windows, 85 % on rear 3 so only let 15% light in and 75% tints on front 2 sides so lets 25% light in... not quite legal but no problems yet, 2 months fitted! the place told me the the fronts had to let 30 % of light in so could accept no responsibility for my choice of tints on the front! looks cool tho! til i get pulled :(

i noticed the diffrence in mine was well happy with the results on all 5 windows.....and ive had no problems as there all legal % :thumbsup:
