removing bit under stereo

Been advised off here to remove the bit out from underneath the OEM stereo and put my new one in there, just wondering whats the best way to take it out before i have a go at it lump handed lol

pull it, it will come out

take out the stereo and then put your hand down the side of the tray and press it in and pull it will come out :-)

Another person using my idea of switching them round ;-) i should have copyrighted ti and charged lol
