Didnt Take them in Tamworth, I took the Car for a Spin down some random Country Road looking for a place to take pics. If you carry on through Polesworth Danny, the road will eventually lead to a Ford Garage. I took Them there. Thats the Girlfriend in the Car. She refused to get out "because it was Cold" (she Says).

love the mirrors, they not ackward to see out of sometimes but, seem quite small and not very far out.
whats your exhaust and hows it sound?
and on the front corner splitters, think your GT nicer without them, i think splitters would look funny on GT with no fogs etc and no side skirts.

The Standard Mirrors Had to go when I bort the Car. They Stick out to much and Was not Painted!!?? When I first installed the new mirrors it did reduce the visability slightly but I dont know any different now, Dont have any Problems with them.
Gota get the base plates painted Black as the plastic looks poo pants. When the Decent wheather returns then they will be comming off to be Painted (Just baseplates). They are carbon fibre style mirrors by the Way to match a few of the interia items.
The Exhaust is a MAGNEX 4" which is Brill. Its Not to Loud driving Normally, but will be when you floor it! Very pleasing. Its not a tin Can sound at all. Bit pricey tho, Just Backbox it £149.

Few questions about ur mirrors... Do they fit flush against the car? iv got them on mine and they stick out 2-3mm and theres a small gap down one side of them. Also did you use the motor from the standard mirrors? I took mune to a bodyshop and they told me the wiring kit they included was for a 4 way motor, and it had to be a three way? :? Mine work ok though, just intrested :)

The Mirrors dont fit flush, thats why Im taking them off in the Summer to get the Base Plates Painted and also fill and smooth down the Gap. It looks Proper Poo with the gap. I put a bit of Black filler there for now as a Temperary fix.
As for the seat Covers. They look pretty cool when installed but I only use them for work mainly due to working on a building site most of my days (Very Dusty). Got them off ebay, They are always on there.

very nice mate
lukemitch how much was your back box mate?
lukemitch2000
29-05-2006, 04:05 PM
Got it for £150. Thats just for the back-box. Cat back system is another £150, dont see the point of that really unless you have a mnifold fitted as well. The Back-box is well worth having tho. It was my first investment!
