Looking nice mate, all you need now is to get rid of that dealer sticker and replace it with a c2club one :D

cheers fish :D

puma + rudeboy - payed £400 for the FK silverlines direct from Germany. £120 for fitting and balancing. They not the whole way down yet, plus in Uk going too low not easy with all the ruts and potholes, speedbumps everywhere.
Theres about 10mm left if i want to use it all round.
Front could be alot lower but you have to either take away support spring or replace it with a shorter one.

Very Nice Mate, I can see you have also nicked some GT Wheels. Looks Good. What is the Ride quality like at the moment with it being that low?

Normski
05-04-2006, 04:19 PM
Have you know i purchased those wheels lol :D

reckon they look better on my car than GT's, wheres dan to disagree? :P

and the ride could be better, should be better wen get the shortened bumpstops sorted, let the springs and shocks take more of the impact than just the bumpstops impacting, if you get wat i mean?

but once youve experienced corners and roundabouts with these you wont go back!

Very good looking there, dont go too dark on the tints as you will spoil it...something very very light allround would look nice. A nice backbox too, and maybe MK2 Rear lights, as the white reverse section will compliment the wheels.

Nice me thinks :D

cheers folks, i'm happy at the minute with it, sure don't we all always want to do something else next.

don't like the mk2 lights, seem bit out of place to me, like the red with the red car look!

the right one is actually hiding a nice scrape thats on the bumper that citroen did to it before i even got it, think thats maybe why "they threw them in"

I actually agree! Them wheels do look better on yours cuz you have got the Little Side skirts and front splitters to beef up the Aesthetics. I really wana get the front splitters for mine to fit on the Standard GT Bumper. Any ideas on cost from CITROEN???

looks good normski, really quite low like. like you say cant go much more over here with bumps etc, i certainly couldnt (country boy)
if you are getting your windows tinted i recommend JJ Tints in Carrigan, they did my last C2 and did a good job

Normski

i do, lol £97 the guy told me yesterday, i asked for how much they cost for sport red but i'm not sure if he quoted me the price for painted or unpianted, puma should know, unfortunately :P he works for citroen.

and cheers, but lower your car and it'll look just as good on them shoes

is that JJ tints in donegall? if so its a hell of a way to go for me just for tints.
guy here in newtownabbey did my last ones on the fiat and they were good, no bubbles or anything, will see how much they are anyway

I wana get it lowered in the Summer. Got my eye on Shocks and Spring sets! Coilovers bit to expensive, but defo not just swapping the Srings as the Standard shock absorbers will Wear out much Quicker.

05-04-2006, 10:40 PM
aww I want mine lowered!!! :x

The bl00dy dealer stuck on their sticker upside down as well and I tried to remove it but stopped because it leaves all the goo underneath it and wasn't sure if I was able to remove it :? .

Your car looks really nice.

Damn good looking car !! Yeah dont do to dark tints ,and make all around. Next step ? GT grille :D and 205's tyres on rear. I did that few days ago - looks better. But IMO its to low on rear. And those mud flaps....
