cheers guys, couple of q's though if anyone can help, like jucca or anyone who knows.
front bumpstops, should they be removed? i'm guessing rear shorter bump stops help the ride a bit better than currently is.
and how do i wind these down, how do i use the hooks? instructions are in german.
cheers

i knew my old knowledgeable friends at the fiat forum would know the answer lol :
winding the red rings down will lower the car. Winding them up will raise the car.
The spring is compressed more as you wind up exerting more force which pushes the car up more. As you wind it down the spring exerts less force upwards and the car sits lower.
