Based on my experience with mine, yes i would. However, i want something that has a bit more of a robust interior for my next car.

Yes def. will prob be seeing Dan (puma282) around June/July and see if I can get a good deal on a new C2 VTS, not sure about colour though???

Errrmmmm, a tone point i was certain that in the not to distant future i would upgrade to a vts, but hearing all the problems people have had with them im not so sure :? Ive had no problems with my sx though so i probably would buy another one :)

I don't even want another Citroen next.

18-03-2006, 10:26 AM
No, I wouldnt. But thats only because I have a VTS already. When its upgrade time, I'll go for something totally different.

18-03-2006, 10:29 AM
No. although we love the C2 ( only if a new model can out in the next 3 years)

I'll never by used FRENCH car anymore. Maybe i'll think a litlle about new one VTS (not VTR) but its not worth that money. What im talking !! Never any FRENCH car !!

But i like my C2. Looks nice. And was cheap.

I certainly wouldn't buy one again from Wilmoths in Eastbourne. I'd consider a C8 or Picasso if I had kids, but I also like a change. Maybe a Peugeot 207!

i wud say yes bcoz at my age and the car i can afford 2 insure, a citroen 4 now wud b ideal, so i will b upgrading 2 a VTS at either the beginnin of next yr or the yr afta!

Simple answer....NO

After all the problems I have had I will never buy another Citroen let alone a C2.

At the moment the car is perfect for me, cheap(ish :?) to insurance and fuel, but within two years it will be gone, waiting for my no claims to build up *touches wood* and then its time to change for something bigger and hopefully better.

I would. Had loads of Citroens over the years and I guess I'm just fond of them.

German cars are overpriced, reflecting the perception, due to clever marketing, that they're better built. Ditto Peugeots. But not Renaults.

yep id buy another c2 for the 3rd time the next 1 will be the gtr when that comes out

18-03-2006, 06:29 PM
yes. I would get a VTS i think. But it would have to be just a car for me to play in, because we need a bigger car for the family.

I would, but I'd want them to put a bigger engine together with the Sensodrive and they'd have a 100% sale :D

Nope not for me. Ive had 2 Citroens and i need to move up in the world i think..something faster and different but what i dont know. I rather like the new Tigra's and have always liked the 206cc. But i have 2 half years to decide!!

Danny
19-03-2006, 10:13 AM
206's are too old and too popular, see them everywhere ;)

Tigra? Hmmm :P

No I wouldn't buy another citroen. I've had a few problems with mine and still do but I've learnt to live with it. It's just a show car for me, drive round slowly while cleaning the white alloys every 15 seconds so people look at the car in town :)

20-03-2006, 06:40 AM
no

Dont think i would get another C2, because a modded vts will be too much to insure, might as well get powerful car as standard.

I love my VTS and would recomend it to anyone who wants a taste for performance and low insurance group but will be looking for something quicker when I change. I will be keeping mine for 2 or 3 years then I will see whats out. I will prob go for a new Civic Type R or the Focus ST.

Snap. I've not really had my VTS long enough to comment on the reliability but I do like it. Cheap and fun which is what I was looking for. Next car though would be as you say, Civic Type R (I love the new shape) or the Focus ST (yes, and I'd have it in orange!) or maybe even a Honda S2000. If I can afford it at the time though, I would love a Vauxhall Monaro or a Nissan 350Z. Best start saving the pennies

Cheers

yep, and i have done.

Love the C2, wanted more power so gone from sx to VTS. Dunno where i'd go next year for more power. Hopefully they'll have a new C2 to beat the Fiesta ST's of this world otherwise it might be off to Ford....

I swear I just read you were getting a VTS?

I would def buy another C2, I'd get a VTS though, don't get me wrong though, I love my VTR to bits.

i said yes, but not as my next car. Unless they come out with the 180bhp, then maybe i would after the next car, and it had some decent stuff, like sat nav and the cool italian vts paint-job.
