Gran Turismo Prologue on PS3

got this last Friday.

good points :

1) has Clio V6 on it

Bad points :

1) Un-realistic as it gets
2) 4WD cars handle like RWD cars
3) RWD cars handle like 4WD cars
4) all cars sound like a guy in a shed with an empty tin round his gob making brum brum sounds
5) Graphics = nothing special
6) interface is really crap and takes ages do do anything
7) The ferrari F1 car costs 3 million
8) you cant rotate the camera round the car
9) The interior view for some reason totally changes the handling of your car
10) the tracks are really un-accurate of the real things and feel really really narrow
11) The PS3 controller really sucks dogs balls as it has no "triggers"...only those bab bumpers so your either 100%, 50% or 0% on the gas.... where is the inbetween for throttle control in and out of corners

so in short, forza 2 on xbox360 wipes its own @rse with this and flushes it away. what a waste of money in my opinion as this WAS the reason i got a PS3.

i pmsl at all the people who where getting excited for this are people not aware its a demo that costs up to £25 lol . i think il just stick to xbox and get my demos for FREE

From my point of view, I think it's a suck game because they sell a prologue and then a full game (they get money twice for the same game), it's still the same as previous versions and not give new things. I think PS3 doesn't have yet games to beat XBOX 360...it's only a thing with Blueray, very expensive but nothing else. Online mode is a suck compared with Xbox Live, no compability with PS2 games in the 40 GB, very expensive yet and take a look into my signatures to see how many Wii's, 360's and PS3's have been sold and then take a moment to think about it. Me, was always a PS user (PS-one, PS Two) but when Sony said PS3 would come with delay, more expensive than Xbox...I changed to Xbox360, and I don't regret having done it. I have had 2 Xbox 360 (first one in white and then I changed when Elite came) and no problems and very happy with them. And now, close premiere games like GTA IV...Sony has won with Blueray but it's loosing with PS3.

After finally being able to complete the download of the patch I have been giving this a blast this afternoon. I have to say its pretty darn good. I haven't played Forza2 in a while so I won't draw any direct comparisons.

I just had to start with the C4. Only later did I notice that the Honda Integra Type R was significantly cheaper... and significantly faster. On the second to last race I was having a helluva time getting into 3rd. First go with Integra, first by 3 seconds. The overtaking all the cars in the Integra is proving tricking. I have got to within 0.6 seconds of the last car you have to take before crossing the finishing line. I'm losing too much speed in the corners.

i have yet to play GT5P but looking forward to it! i believe it wil own forza 2, especilly with Logitech G25 compatibility.

am stuck on the B class on the integra challenge, its all about the slipstream, but cant seam to get past the 3rd placed car, think its always the golf

- GTP - They take half the money...twice, so in essence its the same thing. Its upto the buyer what they do.
- Blueray is expensive, but it seems that there is a growing demand for it.
- Online (Playstaion Network) is free, compared to the cost of Xbox Live
- Why would you want to play PS2 Games on a Superior PS3 Console?
- More 360's have been sold, but Relatively speaking, look how much longer the 360 has been available. Your Sig actually tells me that the PS3 is doing pretty damn good!

now when the PS3 first came out i thought it was a bit of a flop! lol. But now they seem to be getting back up there with the 360 and Wii. Altough i do play my 360 more, i much prefer some of the features the PS3 has to offer! like free to play on the network, internet browser and Blu-Ray which i must say connected to my LG-1080P tv is absolutely amazing! i got one of the 60gb PS3's but like Sag said theres no point!.. i mean ive never played a PS2 game on it!

and also whats GTA IV got todo with anything? its coming out on both consoles at the same time, and i have already pre-ordered mine....... for the PS3!!!

i've always been a 360 fan but have recently been playing on my bros PS3 and i like it. cant really say there is a huge difference between either. each have pros and cons! like said above PSnetwork is free :) but i prefer the xbox pad more :)

But it can't be compared. For example, in Spain, when Xbox 360 arrived, I bought one for 399 euros. It was full 360 with 20 GB HDD and some accesories. Me, for example, I connect it to the net not wireless, by wire and goes faster. When PS3 arrived (1 year later), the price was 699 euros. Yeah, it has several things more than Xbox, but I repeat, you're paying that. Now, Xbox ELITE doesn't offer Blueray but it offers you a 120 GB HDD when PS3 only have 40 GB. And think about a thing, why SONY stopped selling 60 GB PS3 with PS2 compatibility and other things instead of 40 GB PS3 selling now?
