French Car Show 2006

C2Club will be attending this years FCS2006.
We will only be there for one day, sunday the 28th May. This will be incorporated into the clubs camping weekend, but members are very welcome to come along even if they are not coming camping with us.

We will be having a club stand, to get your car on the club stand you will need to book your tickets in advance, stating that you are with the club.

How much are the tickets? And whats the stand gonna be like?

£10 if you book in advance i think. Its not a "" Stand "" as such, its just an area where all members can park together "" i think "" however i have never done anything like this before tbh and could do with some help / advice / ideas.

Ive not either. But I am going to all the summertime shows with other, "show experienced" people.

You should make some kind of banner, and you (being the big cheese :P ) should select the best cars to be the centre of attention. Just an idea :wink:

I'll be with the C2SC lot again this year. We're staying at a nice hotel in Leicester - for which I sorted out a good room rate for us.

FCS is in Bruntingthorpe which is just south of Leicester.

I'd say Doncaster is a bit far from Leicester to get there early enough to get all sorted on the stand.

We left the hotel we stayed at last year between 6 and 7 in the morning to get there at a reasonable time to sort our stand out and to arrange the cars within our area.

ok an update. I have sent off our 2nd form to register as the 1st one seemed to get lost in transition. Once we are neamed on their site you can then book in advance. When you book tell them that you are with the C2Club.co.uk yobbos and you will get a pass. easy.

We are now registered with FCS. You can book on line, via phone or by mail. more info Here (http://www.frenchcarshow.co.uk/).

We areally need people who have booked for camping to book for the show ASAP, so we know numbers, i assume that all people who are going camping are going to FCS.

You only get one pass per application but if you ring them up they're very helpful and will send another out straight away, they did that for me last year :)

And I hope you're all staying around on the day to watch the C2's on the track too!
