I have found an official Citroen Diagnostics site, and all the faults with the C2 and the things to look out for, also how to repair and what citroen parts are needed ;-)
Unfortunatley it is in French, I will start to translate and start to list the problems that they have on there list and what to tell Citroen UK is needed to repair ;-)

Here's One as an Example....
Problem
Difficult starting, indicator light showing engine management fault.
Relates to the engine 1.6i 16v (driving NFU)
Causes
Case of air admission sensor none-conformity.
Remedies
To replace the sensor of air admission

Cause
Filters to non conforming fuel.
Remedies
To Replace the filter for the fuel, if the problem persists, replace the fuel lines and pump.

Concern motorization 1,4i
Cause
Probe lambda in catalyst upstream failing
Remedies
To Replace the lambda probe in upstream catalyst.

Cause
Defect on plastic vent "vent for engine air"
Remedies
To Replace the plastic vent for the injection of air to the exhaust + mounting of a vent to avoid the alternator being degraded by water entry

The failing of the ECU stopping totally at random manner.
Instability
Concern engine 1.1i and 1.4i (KFX/KFV) architecture all CAN
Cause
Water entry on connector of the ECU motor (connector 32 gray ways)
Remedies
To Verify the state of the contacts of the connector of the ECU board.
Replace if necessary the ECU and the connection plug

The illumination of oil engine light.
Concern
All types of petrol engines
Cause
The oil cartridge is not conforms (marks MANN)
Remedies
To replace the oil cartridge by brand ‘Purflux’

Starting engine impossible, no attempt from the starter motor.
Concern equipped models that use sensodrive
Cause
Presence of water / moisture in the connector to the transmission sensodrive.
Remedies
To disconnect the ecu of transmission sensodrive, dry the contacts, verify that there is no visable electrical tracking or corrosion.
Clean the conections.
Plug connections back in, ensure water-tightness on the connectors of the ECU.
Replace rubber seal / gasket.

To Replace the support bolts during inspection

Ref 4 screws of fixing: 4405,40
Ref 2 washers: 3736,48
Ref 8 screws length 16MM: 4228,27
Ref 2 corks: 3740,43
Ref 1 quantity of small plate: 4252,41

Problem
Illumination of ABS light
Concern vehicles without ESP
No communication dialog with the ECU for ABS with the diagnostics tool
Cause
ECU for ABS failing.
Remedies
Before replacing the ECU for ABS, verify the supply voltages and signals.
Check the supply at Way 1 and 14 of the Double relay (connector 26 blue ways of the ECU for ABS)
Check the supply of the ECU for ABS coming from the BSM (Connection 20 of the 26 way connection of the ECU for ABS)
If no supply defected, replace the double relay, if supply conforms, replace the ECU for ABS

Problem
On turn the key, 2 items appear on the dashboard: "flake" and another “-“ Sensodrive.
Cause
This is because of the air temperature is below -15°C (according to the engineer)
Remedies
Let the car accend and descend through the gears, functions comes back to the end of some seconds.

The button for the cruise control is falling off and breaks.
Cause
Fragile button aging poorly
Remedies
To Replace the cruise control button by a reinforced one

Locking functions of the doors abnormal.
Cause
The BSI must be updated in version V41
Remedies
To Update the BSI to version V41

Problem
Display takes long time to display information.
Concern
All types of C2 with CAN/CAN
Cause

To Replace the complete screen with new version

Problem
Power steering ECU fault with newer models.
Cause]
The symptoms are small but eratic movements of the steering wheel of the cars own accord. Complete and possibly only temporary failure of power steering. Grinding noises and thumping through the steering wheel.
The cause of this is dirty signals from the ECU to the power steering.
Remedies
The only cure for this is a brand new ECU.
Be warned i have been advised that these take 2 to 3 weeks to repair.
