I always see over 40's/50's in them, mainly the LX ans SX models as i guess thats what they want in a car ;)

Only a VTS at 23, i had a 3.0i Supra turbo then, followed by a morgage then sold that and had to down grade a little to a 2.0i Turbo Saab, then came the family and the Diesels started to arrive, ahhhh, now look at me 1.4i Furio and at 33....

So if I were you start getting the fun out of the way, it all goes down hill very very quickly, and money starts to get eaten away by other things. lol

pass my test @ 17 bought 6month old, 1.0 new shape Nissan micra 53plate

got bored of that so bought a magical 51plate fiat stilo 1.2 , so magical, the odeometer didnt work, went up to 35900miles then everytime it would go back down to 35490!also had a leaking engine?! dunno how that worked! LOL so only kept that a month.

then went for a seat ibiza 1.4 02plate great car except the anti roll bars are broken and the brakes dont work all the time, bit scarey when the toyota corrolla in front driven by the local curry house delivery driver stops suddenly!

insurance tax and mot due so decided may as well get a new car, wit a c2 looking the best choice so snapped one up

i get the same although im only 18, the cashiers nearly always get embarassed, best was one of them couldnt find the date, i was like i have a driving licence with my photo on so i must be 17 at least, all good

That reminds me about Top Gear saying it's for young guys to make it look good, as you say insurance and all that, but Citreon were telling me about the things on the car that help the elderly to get in and out, with the huge doors and all that... I lost interest to be honest, I was just waiting to get out of the garage and take it for a good spin.

This car was the cheapest for me to insure by a long long way, £400
