Code v Loeb?? Help needed

Hi guys,

Great site, just spent too much of my working morning reading it :)

I have 2 choices for my new car, I can get a Red VTS Loeb in 2 weeks or wait 4 weeks and get a silver Code. I think I have decided on the Loeb edition as it will save me some cash but just wanted to know what you guys thought. I'm not 100% sold on the leather seats in the code??

Also I am going to be leasing so no mods :( can you tell me what the standard sound system is like?

I would go for the Loeb too, I do not like the colour of those seats. However you can get the Code in a really nice grey colour.

Which ever one you go for in the end you will love :D

seat colour in code is poo...literally.

sound system in the vts is rather good for a stock one, but aftermarket ones are always a lot better.

The Loeb it is....It is going to be a long few weeks!!! :( My Golf decided to stall at 60MPH in the fast lane of the M32 on Tuesday.....quickly managed to restart it but I did almost poo myself.

As the radiator is bust too,I have sent it to car heaven after 170,041 miles....I am currently driving my mates spare car....a Citroen AX 1.0 P reg.....dents on every side, keep banging my head and moss on the windows......HELP ME!!!!!

Kirsty, even though I will soon have a shiny VTS, I am still very jealous that you're getting the type R....My mate has just recieved his in black and it is amazing!!!!

I had a Citroen AX before my C2, it was an N reg, god I loved that little thing. 954cc's of pure power :P

im not a fan of the colour, but leather is so much better than than crappy mesh which swallows every bit of shiit imaginable lol

Loeb Loeb Loeb Loeb...in red.... :D Only worth paying the extra for the code if you want the seats..... and the seats are rank so LOEB!!! Hope that helped... (I think im bias tho :( )

I got my code a couple of weeks ago and I love it :D

I saw a black loeb the other day though infront of me.

The stripes on top of the code are kinda chavvy but *shrugs* :)

Sorry for the long delay in the reply....been away this lovely rainy weekend... Thanks for all the help, I have gone with the majority....Loeb has been ordered :)

Just have to sit and wait now...poo!! I wasnt too keen on the roof stripes and the seat colour isnt for me on the code...if they did them in black (or any other colour) I might have gone for it.... I am leasing so would have been £11 a month more for the Code, however, would have been a longer wait too.

I will let you know when I am but of the C2 club..Cheers
